Responsibility for quality assurance and optimisation of facility services at the customer's premises Leadership and motivation of a team of professionals Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements Monitoring and improvement of processes and workflows Conducting regular audits and training for the team Contact person for the customer in all quality matters Analysis and evaluation of key figures and feedback on continuous process improvement Coordination and implementation of quality assurance measures in cooperation with the customer Close cooperation with management and other departments to achieve business goals

Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of facility management, engineering or a similar discipline Multiannual experience in quality management, ideal for facility services or property management Experience in leadership of employees and in cooperation with customers Embossed analytical skills and an eye for details Very good communication skills and a professional appearance Enforcement and a solution-oriented operation Self-responsibility, organizational skills and readiness to travel to the customer
