Recruiter (m/w/d) with a focus on active sourcing & specialist positions

As part of our hybrid recruiting team, you design the entire selection process - flexible, networked and in close cooperation with our Hiring Managers at Würth Campus, both digitally and locally: You take over the recruiting for our central areas and ensure the occupation of technical and commercial specialist & leadership positions. Together with the Hiring Managers, you perform request analyses and translate them into targeted recruiting measures. If necessary, start direct languages for the occupation of open vacancies and advance necessary personal marketing measures. From screening the applications, through the digital initial interviews, to support the planning of follow-up calls and participation of applicants, you control the entire selection process. You work closely with the HR Business partners, Employer Branding and the Disabled Representation. The documentation and quality assurance of the recruiting processes is part of your task as well as the care in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting application management system. The support of Recruiting Hotline and Recruiting Postfach is part of your everyday life as well as the support of our students in the team. You support recruiting projects, bring your practice experience actively and track current recruiting trends to introduce innovative approaches. You occasionally accompany career fairs and recruiting events and bring your ideas into a targeted approach.

A successfully completed degree in the field of economics, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in recruiting, ideally in the sales-related or commercial-technical environment. Secure handling of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or comparable applicant management systems. Knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS teams as well as in project management are desirable. You work structured, document conscientiously and keep an overview even in the case of high applicants. Your communication strength, self-initiative and a good sense for people as well as interest in recruiting trends are yours. You have the pleasure to be on the go occasionally, think service-oriented and want to actively shape Recruiting.
