Senior Manager Process Management (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for the construction, control and continuous optimization of a continuous process landscape in our organization. You analyze business processes across the entire value chain – from initial contact to long-term care – and ensure that all communication and feedback processes are operationally efficient and strategically oriented. You develop the vision and strategy for establishing a powerful, process-oriented organization and consistently implement this operational implementation. You analyze the entire value chain and identify vulnerabilities and optimization potentials in all relevant touchpoints. You are responsible for designing and implementing strategies for optimizing communication and data feedback loops in the process context. You control and coordinate processes of our business unit – with the aim of ensuring efficiency, quality and standardization. You ensure that quality processes and standards are not only adhered to, but are actively developed in the sense of Operational Excellence. You define and monitor relevant KPIs for process performance and, together with executives, carry corrective measures for deviations. You act as a central interface between departments (e.g. product, marketing, support, technology) to understand and implement all process requirements. You report regularly, structured and precise to the Process Management Director on progress, status, challenges and potential for improvement.

You bring profound knowledge in process management, ideally related to business or service processes, with (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). You have very good analytical skills, structured and networked thinking as well as the pleasure of designing and optimizing complex end-to-end processes. You have experience in managing or controlling cross-departmental projects or processes and are safe to handle stakeholders from different levels. You have completed academic training (e.g. business management, health economics, technology, business informatics or comparable). You communicate safely in German and English and are routined in creating reports, presentations and management information. Remarkable: certification or knowledge in process methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) as well as experience with process modeling and monitoring tools.
