Senior Implementation Manager – GPS Client Connectivity & Electronic Banking (Payments) (m/f/d)

Strategic customer support (Advisory), training and support of our customers around GPS Client Connectivity, Electronic Banking and related payment services Structured implementation and support of complex local and international implementations in the customer environment (including coordination of all relevant workstreams) Independent project management in virtual, cross-functional teams – from kick-off to governance/status reporting to successful transfer to operation Control of scope, schedule, resources, risks and dependencies Escalation management to ensure time-to-revenue and customer expectations Monitoring and coordination of tests on customer and bank sites (e.g. program/interface tests, format and process clarifications) to go-live readiness Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. coverage, sales, service, product, operations, IT/Tech) for smooth end-to-end implementation

Completed bank-based training and/or studies (e.g. economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification Funded knowledge in payment/cash management and ideally in electronic banking/connectivity (interfaces, formats, test procedures) Understanding customer requirements in areas such as treasury, financial accounting and adjacent functions Detectional experience in the targeted and task-oriented structuring and control of complex implementation/project projects Self-employed, reliable and conscientious working methods as well as distinct analytical and problem-solving competence Very good communication capability and safe occurrence, high customer and service orientation; very good English as well as safe handling of MS Office (PM tools of advantage) Even if you believe that you do not meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage you to apply if you believe this place is the right one for you.

The salary margin for this position is 82,600,-- € – 110,000,-- €. The final remuneration structure depends on your qualifications and the resulting contractual grouping: Classification: Remuneration is governed by the collective agreement for private banking (subcontract for private banking).
