You have the opportunity to make real change: The goal of your work is to influence not only our products, but also the entire industry. As Head of R&D at Kulzer, you take a key role in an innovation-driven company with global orientation. In this new position, you bear the strategic and operational responsibility for our global R&D activities, with around 40 employees in five specialised teams at three German locations. With great scope for design, you shape the technological future of our company and promote the implementation of our innovation strategy. Together with R&D executives, you can design resource and budget planning. In a newly created structure, you are pushing forward a culture that is characterised by flexibility, sense of responsibility and integrity, thus filling the corporate strategy with life. You bring your expertise into strategic bodies such as the Innovation Steering Board. In addition, you coordinate cross-site development projects and strategically coordinate with our Japanese shareholder Mitsui Chemicals. In close cooperation with the CTO, you will report directly to the Board of Management.
