Your duties

• They guide and coordinate the team in our packaging rooms with the areas of packaging, parcel delivery, carpentry and internal truck traffic with about 13 employees.
• They ensure that our products are packaged and shipped on time, taking into account qualitative, logistical and legal requirements.
• They are responsible for compliance with occupational safety regulations, laws, regulations and ISO requirements in their own field and ensure the proper maintenance, testing and availability of the machines, industrial trucks and equipment used.
• They are the central contact person for the business divisions on topics related to shipping, representing shipping in meetings and working closely with the assembly areas and logistics departments.
• You optimize the daily business by initiating processes, creating jobs and processes more efficiently and implementing improvement measures.
• They control and evaluate the personnel occupation, time and capacity planning and conduct employee discussions and performance assessments.
• You actively work as a key user in the conversion of our ERP system from Axapta to IFS (introduced for 2027).

Your profile

• Qualified training: You have completed technical training with a relevant further education (e.g. technician, specialist, master) or a study with technical understanding. Also welcome are applicants with a training as carpenter master, carpenter master or wood technicians who want to introduce their expertise in the field of wood processing and construction.
• Leadership experience: They bring first leadership experience, for example from the project management, the management of smaller teams or as instructors/masters.
• They have good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally in MS Dynamics AX and/or IFS as well as in Microsoft Office.
• They convince by an independent and targeted way of working, show a pronounced hand-on mentality even in time-critical phases and bring good team skills.
