· You tax and coordinate technological development projects on all R&D phases: Ideation → Proof of Concept → Pilot → Transfer to the series. · You run cross-functional tiger teams from development, production, technology, digitalization and external partners. · You translate ideas into clear project structures, define goals, roadmaps, budgets and Risks. · You work closely with our experts in materials, digital printing, Automation, Smart City, and Sustainability together. · You make sure that results are documented, evaluated and clean in the product development. · You develop methods, tools and best practices – and make our R&D team a bit better every day. · You control and coordinate technical development projects, which are clearly geared to the three R&D projects Directions: sustainability, reliability, innovation.
· Complete studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, Process engineering, material sciences or comparable technical qualification (Technists with experience). · Experience in managing technical projects – ideally in R&D, product development, Plant construction or production. · additional qualification in project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master) or detectable practical PM experience. · Understanding digital and physical technologies (e.g. printing, materials, Automation, measurement technology). · Ability to quickly capture and moderate complex technical relationships. · Basic knowledge of CAD for creating simple sketches and process layouts. · Communication strong, moderate-proof and team-oriented. · Analytical, structured and solution-oriented. · Enthusiasm for new technologies, trends and innovations. · Very good knowledge of English (international project environment).
