Planning and management of operations and service companies for import duty, inbound transport and shipping, outbound transport and export duty Demand determination, definition, improvement and validation of internal standards Identification of potential risks in the various operational customs activities to propose plans for mitigation Ensure that the legal requirements for the receipt and maintenance of the relevant customs authorisations are met Monitoring and reporting on operational customs performance (productivity and quality) Monitoring the timely and cost-effective execution of forwarding orders (export and import of materials, dispatch of finished products) Initiation/implementation of new logistics solutions for the transport of materials to ALSTOM and for the transport of finished products to customers

Commercial training in the field of forwarding or logistics and/or knowledge and skills from a completed professional training Basic competence in international trade and customs law Basic competence in the fields of customs classification / rules of origin / customs value rules / free trade agreement / non-collection procedures Very good experience in international logistics flows, transport and customer management MS Office and SAP knowledge Flowing German and English skills
