No 23-26 Payment E 13 Employment indefinite Weekly hours 39 h, part-time possible Place of work Bonn Application deadline 03.05.2026 The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad, as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The BA II 3 Unit is responsible for the project management of construction projects on the Rochusstraße campus. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) develops the campus into a modern, energy-efficient and sustainable location for the federal ministries. The tasks include both new buildings and refurbishments of important existing buildings and the development of infrastructure.

Takeover of the project planning, implementation and control of the B-Plan process for the campus Rochusstraße as well as after completion of this project of construction projects (basic renovations, new buildings, extension buildings, construction maintenance) Coordination with the builder, the municipal planning body and the building users, demand providers and the authorising bodies Selection and commissioning of freelance workers and construction firms Examination and evaluation of planning and tender documents regarding quality, costs and dates Compilation of technical documentation, opinions and reports Use of technical software for cost control, scheduling and documentation Supporting the Head of Unit in the Processing of Project-Interdisciplinary Structural Sciences Issues

Expected: completed scientific university studies (University Diploma or Master) in the fields of architecture or civil engineering What we need: urban planning or planning capacity to demonstrate at least one of the following qualifications / experiences: study intensification urban planning / urban planning or Second State Examination (Construction Department) with relevant courses/shares in urban planning or relevant further completion (e.g. M. Sc. urban planning) or equivalent additional qualification; or Vocational practice in the field of urban planning / planning law / construction planning (i.e. at least 2 years)

extensive knowledge in project management and many years of relevant professional experience in the planning and execution of design-oriented and technically complex construction tasks as well as in the handling of public construction measures (country, municipality or federal) knowledge in the performance phases of HOAI, knowledge in public contract law, construction law and construction planning law; further knowledge (e.g. RBBau, VHB) will be taught in a professional context negotiation skills in handling clients and contractors Ability to cross-disciplinary, collegial cooperation high level of sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy as well as an eager appearance and convincing expressive and communication skills If necessary, a successful execution of a safety check to “Ü 2” in accordance with the Federal Safety Audit Act (SÜG) following a successful selection procedure
