Westfleisch is one of the leading meat marketers in Germany and Europe. The company slaughters, disassembles, processes and refines at ten locations in northwest Germany. About 30 percent of the products are exported to more than 40 countries worldwide. West meat employs around 7,100 people, the headquarters are located in the Westphalian Münster. In the field of business development/strategy, you act directly at the interface to the Executive Board and assist in designing and implementing strategic initiatives. Analysis of corporate processes and derivation of strategic recommendations for action for the Executive Board Participation in the development of strategies / concepts for optimising our business processes and increasing corporate efficiency Creation of detailed market and competition analyses Participation in modelling and analysis of integrated business plans and in carrying out evaluation models and scenario analyses Interaction with key stakeholders and strategic partners to strengthen our market position Independent processing of varied and exciting tasks in a group environment with various subsidiaries Integration into a dynamic, highly motivated and cross-disciplinary team that gives you deep insight into our industry-specific know-how.
