Your tasks

• Creation of employee profiles
• Digitization and processing of documents
• Preparing employee assignments
• Care of applicant and customer data in the system
• Management of personal files
• Support for the time recording of external employees
• creation of employment and transfer contracts
• Control of the telephone and visitor reception
• Active applicant management and communication
• Creation of employee applications
• Close cooperation with the MRP team

You bring it with

• Complete training to/from the personnel service businessman/wife, also professional beginners
• First experience in personnel service or temporary work desirable
• Customer and service-oriented operation
• Organizational talent and communication strength
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Structured, independent operation
