Complaints manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for talents as well as experienced specialists who work on a future-oriented and independent basis. For our location in Unterschleißheim we are looking for one Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You are contact persons and advisers on complaints (simply complaints, board complaints, lawyer complaints, BaFin and Ombudsman complaints) for our cooperation partners and their end customers. Here you will develop solutions for comprehensive and complex customer requests independently and in close cooperation with internal specialist departments. You are responsible for the ongoing process documentation and actively participate in optimizations. The daily coordination and evaluation in the area of complaint management completes your task area.

You bring a completed bank training or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience, ideally with a focus on banking and/or Finance. In addition, you already bring experience in complaint management / customer service. We require good securities knowledge (trade, settlement, depot transfers etc.). Dealing with customers will give you pleasure and it will make you enjoy finding a solution for every problem. You have a high service orientation and very good communication skills. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
