In your new role, you will create certificates and other personal documents and thus support a smooth running in the personnel sector. Your tasks include administrative activities around our HR processes and the processing of personal processes. You care, manage and structure our digital personal files and ensure high data quality. In the day-to-day operating business, you support the HR team with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. In addition, you work independently on current projects and introduce your ideas into the further development of our processes.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of an economic science course, for example BWL, VWL, human resources management or a comparable subject. Ideally, you are interested in helping us with up to 20 hours a week in the longer term. For commercial activities and administrative tasks, you bring enthusiasm. First experiences in the HR field are advantageous, but no prerequisite. Safe handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a matter of course for you. Team skills, communication strength and excellent knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
