As a service manager building automation / MSR (m/w/d) at the Düsseldorf site, you are a technical driver for our service area. You develop customer-specific solutions, identify optimization potentials in building automation systems and lead our team into a modern, data-based service organization.

Further development of the service area as a strategic driver for modernisation, building efficiency and sustainable plant operation and alignment of the department to the relevant regulatory requirements such as: Expansion, standardization and scaling of recurring revenue models in digital services such as remote monitoring, energy controlling, performance analysis and predictive maintenance as well as cloud-based building and energy management solutions Supporting strategic key customers and building long-term partnerships through technical advice and customer-oriented solutions for owners, investors, asset and property managers with regard to technical risks and optimization potentials Assessment and optimization of building-technical systems with a focus on building automation, energy efficiency and operating data as well as establishing Technical Due Diligence as a future-oriented service Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the regional team and promotion of a future-oriented service organization

Complete technical training or completed studies in the field of MSR, building automation, electrical engineering or building technology Multiannual experience with building equipment, service or modernization leadership experience in the technical environment, ideally desirable by teams in the fields of service technology, project management or sales Understanding building automation, energy efficiency and data from technical installations experience in technical consulting and customer support as well as in the development of customer-oriented service and solution concepts; Knowledge of recurring revenue models Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
