In the field of organizational and productivity management, your future area of application in solution management is customer business in the group of cross-sectional solutions. As part of your working student activity, you are an integral part of our team and assists us in all tasks relating to the control of the operation of SB systems such as ATMs or Self Service Terminals. You support the following topics: Application support: You enter applications, introduce new functions and check them in functional tests. Accounting and complaint management: You process invoices as well as complaints and requests for SB functions. Process coordination: You accompany process adaptations and coordinate the coordination with external service providers. Data analysis: You create statistics and advertise them. Budget responsibility: You take over budget monitoring and budget planning. Purchasing: You create SB devices and the necessary accessories. Preparing information: You are planning presentations, documentation and work templates.

You have successfully completed the second semester of your university degree in a subject with technical or economic reference.
