As Senior Referent*in Process Management (w/m/d) Retail, you will ensure the Bank's sustainability and efficiency by making bank-wide processes holistic, continuously improving and adapting to technological and regulatory developments. Through the close interconnection of process management, application care and quality control, ensure smooth processes, increase operational excellence and strengthen the Bank's competitiveness. In this task you take over: Operational organisation: You are responsible for analyzing, tuning and implementing the innovations from the nBM for our house, while also responsible for the respective release and publication processing Application Support & Quality Assurance: You analyze and troubleshoot errors in core banking systems and other applications and work on the design, piloting and release of core bank operations. Support & project work: You are a specialist contact person for internal and external partners, support revision-relevant questions and work actively in projects for process improvement and interdisciplinary cooperation. Process documentation: You create, maintain and update process descriptions, instructions and other relevant documents and ensure a comprehensible and auditable documentation. Process management & optimization: You further develop customer-oriented banking processes and ensure their successful implementation. Take into account technical innovations and current industry trends.

For this role you will bring: You have a banking education with further education, a relevant Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification as well as at least 3-5 years of professional experience. You bring well-founded experience in process management and comprehensive expertise in handling our core systems (BAP, BWS, M365). You know common methods of process management and CVP, for example Lean or Six Sigma, as well as the basics of process modeling according to BPMN. You can analyze, design, model and optimize business processes and enjoy developing complex processes in a comprehensible and customer-oriented manner. You have a good understanding of bank supervisory requirements, in particular MaRisk, BAIT and EBA guidelines, and can document processes accordingly securely and in compliance with the audit.
