As part of our Transactions & Corporate Finance Team at the Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf locations, challenging challenges await you in the centre of the transaction world. In this role, you take various tasks: You work on national and international M&A projects - from strategic portfolio analyses to carve-outs and sales to acquisitions and reorganisations In the team, you will create comprehensive financial due diligences and company reviews and analyze opportunities and risks of exciting transactions You advise national and international private equity investors and portfolio companies in various industries on Leveraged Buyout related financing issues and strategies You immerse yourself in different industries and get to know a variety of project types - you develop into a versatile professional and combine professional excellence with profound industry knowledge Intensify your professional skills, take first leadership tasks and guide projects to support and promote your team

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance, economics, engineering or in another quantitative field and are burning for developments and trends in M&A transactions, corporate finance and accounting You have ideally collected two years of corporate finance professional experience You are drawing with outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking, and a structured and precise way of working You are creative, curious, team-oriented and motivated to assume leadership responsibility You have very good MS-Office knowledge and ideally have first experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English
