BWL has the reputation of being dry. In the leasing at VWFS, you quickly notice that there is a modern, international business behind it: digital distribution channels, large business customers across Europe, the observation of markets and much more. You can work flexibly and independently, including in these areas: Sales & Marketing: Here we ensure that customers find the right mobility and financial solutions (including customer support, marketing, offering design). Finance & Controlling: The team is planning and monitoring the company's key figures and finances (e.g. number evaluation, budget planning, accounting). Risk management: We estimate the financial and other risks to business (including risk analysis, valuation, market surveillance).

You start on August 1 with a practice-integrated study and change between 5 theoretical and 2 practical semesters, in which you apply the apprentice directly. Azubi Project: You are actively promoting your own topics in the company during your studies and gaining first experience in project management. In-house seminars: Targeted seminars help you to successfully complete. Flexible and independent deployment planning – all business units are open to you.

You can expect that from your studies: A practical study at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Wolfsburg, which shows you how companies think and act economically. The study is designed to step up deeper: Basics: You understand how an enterprise thinks economically and makes decisions (e.g.: accounting, investment accounting, economy). Deepening: You learn how a company plans its finances and maintains legal and digital framework conditions (e.g.: law, digitalization, financial and cost management). Application: You see how markets work and how projects are implemented in a structured manner (including marketing, sales, project management). Projects: A large part of the study consists of teamwork on specific tasks, from idea to implementation. Priorities: In the 4th and 5th semesters, you choose two specializations, such as automotive, controlling and taxes, marketing, finance or international management.

You've got at least the professional school. Your last two testimonials are at least 2.33. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). In school, you've been enjoying maths or business. You want to understand how leasing works and customers help you find the right solution. You want to move things, try something new and develop. You are motivating, reliable and independent – your team can rely on you.

Attractive training allowance of monthly over 1.350 euros at 35 hours per week and 30 days vacation per year. We'll take your tuition fees. You have the opportunity to study a semester abroad. Our campus in Braunschweig is generous and green and offers a lot of space for working and learning from the quiet learning area to the open working area. In the canteen there are freshly cooked dishes daily, also vegetarian and vegan, and short paths, modern facilities as well as a good connection make everyday work pleasant. Slide time and a separate laptop for flexible working time design. Mobile work is possible after consultation. A strong community of dual students with regular team events.
