We are looking for analytically strong master graduates that, with us in the Junior Managers Program, shape the data-based company management and a leadership career with starting point in controlling. In 12-24 months, you rotate through central controlling and financial areas in Germany and abroad. Your mission: Understanding business models, building expertise in operational and strategic controlling and taking on first leadership responsibility in projects – from performance analysis to M&A deals – accompanied by top executives. What you will learn and develop with us: You learn how the global corporate goals are translated into measurable key figures and how the financial performance of a tech company is controlled to enable data-driven decisions.

You actively shape the financial planning, reporting and analysis for our business units and evaluierst strategic projects such as M&A transactions.

You work with modern controlling instruments, BI systems and agile methods to further develop Bosch's financial control architecture. You will be accompanied by a personal mentor at management level to prepare yourself for your future role as a manager in the commercial environment at Bosch. Your career path begins in controlling and develops into first management tasks in the commercial environment or also the management of strategic M&A projects.

Your academic foundation: A very good (full-time)master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Your focus is on topics such as controlling, finance, accounting or corporate finance. You may have already acquired an MBA, PhD or first relevant professional experience. Your enthusiasm for digital transformation in the financial sector: You are naturally curious and willing to learn and apply new methods and digital tools in controlling. First experiences with BI tools, SAP or data analysis projects are a big plus. Your view for the whole: You will find it fascinating to understand how a global company works and are motivated to support the corporate goals through effective commercial management. Your understanding of Human-centric Leadership: You live the conviction that outstanding results are only created by the ability of people.
