Lawyer and Notary Assistant - Refa / RVG / GNotKG (m/f/d)

As part of your work, you are working with our lawyers in a trustworthy manner: both inside and outside the team, support them proactively and ensure a smooth running of the department You process notary processes and are responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and documents You are responsible for the monitoring of postal inputs, appointments, deadlines and repositories You take care of the client after consultation: inside and are responsible for the file management In close coordination, you create the cost calculations according to RVG and/or GNotKG

You have completed an apprenticeship to/from the lawyer and notary staff (m/w/d) or the lawyer's office (m/w/d) and ideally bring professional experience – also as a re-enterer: you are welcome. When dealing with MS Office you are versed and you have good knowledge in the RVG and/or GNotKG. A careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working distinguishes you. You like to work independently and at the same time actively contribute to the team with joy. Thanks to your very good knowledge of German, you always communicate clearly, openly and respectfully with Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen.
