HR Manager – Training (m/f/d)

Complete training: You enter our trainees and dual students during their entire training period and are the central person for their development. You work closely with our trainers: women, departments and vocational schools Recruiting for education and study control: From job alerts to selection calls to contract signing, you are responsible for the entire recruiting process for our training and dual study places Organise training marketing & junior programs: You plan and coordinate our activities to attract young talents – from school cooperation and trade fair appearances to internal events such as Welcome Days, Stuzubi meetings or seminar days during the training period Sparring partner for specialist areas & junior talents: You are advising our fields of education, dual study and the use of work students and interns:inside and accompanying these target groups Impetus for our promotion of young people: You bring new ideas for modern training and continuously develop our programs and processes

Important to know: The job is limited to two years.

You have experience in training, personnel development or recruiting – ideally related to young talent The work with young people makes you happy and you like to accompany them in their professional and personal development Ideally, you have first experience in training marketing or interest in topics such as school cooperation and recruiting events You stand up safely and convincingly and communicate clearly – both with trainees and with schools, universities and internal stakeholders A structured, independent way of working as well as the drive to actively advance themes, you are characterized
