As a (Senior) consultant in our TMT team, you accompany our customers along the entire commercial value chain – from product design and pricing to sales to service processes. You actively participate in the further development of business models and processes and support our customers from analysis to conception to successful implementation. You develop concepts for optimizing and redesigning supply, price and monetization strategies and successfully implement them together with our customers Artificial Intelligence and Automation You identify and design innovative applications for the use of (generative) AI in the areas of pricing, sales and customer service – from intelligent process automation to autonomous AI agents Customer Experience You support our customers in questions along the entire customer journey. These include targeted customer segmentation, customer value analysis and the design of new digital contact points to increase customer satisfaction, sales and profitability Customer Service and Sales You design and implement future-oriented service and sales models and support the selection, integration and further development of suitable systems and tools for operational control

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, economic informatics, economic mathematics or economic engineering You have at least two years of professional or consulting experience in the environment of software, media and/or telecommunications, or have professional experience in the fields of product management, pricing, sales and customer service First experiences with CRM systems or comparable solutions are of advantage, but no requirement – we support you in a targeted manner within the framework of our onboarding You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and are interested in the design and integration of digital solutions in the context of business economic issues For the optimal advice of our local customers you are ready to travel nationally and internationally Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
