Field Service Technician l Real Estate (m/f/d)

• Current maintenance/administration Detection, processing of technical deficiencies: receipt, assessment/evaluation, commissioning, (taking), billing, budget monitoring and documentation (NAVI) Processing of maintenance defects and their documentation (NAVI) Processing of insurance damage according to process Processing of lease reductions due to technical deficiencies according to process Technical customer support and correspondence (location dates, suspensions / tenant response letters, approvals)
• Housing modernizations (TI) Processing of housing modernization according to the defined processes in close cooperation with the rental and the mandate officers Planning, coordination of the scope of modernization, cost estimation /supply collection, evaluation, approval application, commissioning, construction management, acceptance, billing, budget monitoring and documentation (NAVI)
• Planned measures Establishment of annual and multiannual planning, taking into account legal, traffic safety, rental, economic and design aspects. Action planning, cost estimation, coordination, supply pick-up according to defined process / tendering, evaluation, award proposal / approval request, commissioning, construction management, acceptance, billing, budget monitoring and documentation (NAVI)
• Maintenance / traffic control Responsible clarification, commissioning, monitoring and documentation (NAVI) of all necessary maintenance work in cooperation with service providers, the back office and external experts Processing of traffic safety defects or Initiation of emergency/security measures and their documentation (NAVI/commission protocols)
• Project-related special tasks / support
