In your area of responsibility is the processing of all performance phases (1–9) of your projects Your tasks include the timely and appropriate implementation of investment measures as well as the takeover of the project execution via all phases of performance You take over the coordination of the interfaces of subprojects and ensure a smooth development of the technical infrastructure, closely coordinated with the commercial project team Internal and external contract management (KrV, LV, LeiV and engineering contracts) is in your hands as well as the organization of test runs With a vision, you prepare strategic and operational decisions for the project management Thanks to your linked and cross-sector knowledge, you identify and evaluate project risks Existing planning bases check for completeness, plausibility and quality The assignment and control of planning offices including follow-up management is also part of your task

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study in the field of civil engineering or a comparable background (ideally with knowledge in the field of construction engineering) Professional experience in building project management in complex projects you could already collect, preferably in the handling of infrastructure projects of the railway, and bring good knowledge in contract law (VOB, HOAI etc.) with You have well-founded user knowledge in handling MS Office (also MS Project, iTWO) and a basic IT affinity is of course for you Customer, cost- and quality-oriented thinking and action as well as a self-responsive and result-oriented way of working with you You are happy to work and successfully in a team – address-oriented communication and exchange of information You can adjust the changing project requirements with high operational readiness and durability In addition, you have the class B licence
