Project Manager Site Development, Filling Stations, Charging Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Project management: You control new construction projects holistic – from planning to implementation to final handover. Manage modernization and maintenance: You coordinate refurbishments, reconstructions and maintenance measures, taking into account legal requirements and technical standards. Budget and planning control: You plan, prioritise and control maintenance measures (short, medium and long term) including budget responsibility. Coordinating partners: You tax external service providers such as architects / specialist planners, authorities and executive companies and ensure a smooth project run. Controlling Ensure: You keep track of dates, costs and quality and are responsible for reporting, documentation and follow-up management. Accompanying and implementing: You enter offers, evaluate them, prepare awards and accompany contract negotiations as well as building site visits and acceptances.

Education: Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, facility / real estate management or a comparable qualification (e.g. training with further education to the technician/master) – ideally complemented by business knowledge. Professional experience: experience in managing construction projects, ideally in the field of gas station construction, infrastructure, or comparable technical projects. Operation: Structured, independent and economical approach with a clear focus on solutions. IT and expertise: Safe handling of relevant tools as well as a good understanding of construction processes, regulations and project management.
