As an IT service provider, the group manages the IT of well-known industrial companies throughout Germany and offers complete services in the IT product life cycle in addition to the onsite support for client environments for many years.

For on-site support with customers in the Munich area, we are looking for employees to start soon.

The position must be replaced by the option to take over.

Your profile

• completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist system integration
• first professional experience in the Microsoft environment
• good knowledge of common operating systems: Windows 10
• Hardware knowledge and practical experience in LAN and WLAN
• good knowledge of German and good English
• Class B driving licence

Your duties

• Installation and configuration of client workstations
• Removals of hardware including degradation, construction and cabling
• Repairs on desktops, notebooks and printers
• troubleshooting and analysis of software and hardware
• Dissolving service calls in client environment
• On-site support at various customers in Munich
