You take over the (subproject) leadership and coordination of agile or classic projects with different complexity and different levels of responsibility You work with the implementation of strategic topics, e.g. in the development and implementation of a CX and customer journey strategy or in the field of robotics You solve complex problems, even beyond the task area You initiate and research the continuous improvement and standardization of processes as part of lean management In order to ensure the operational processes in the damage organization, you will also You support management in both operational and strategic tasks
