They have a completed academic degree programme (Master/University) of the Department of State Care, Civil Engineering, Forestry, Arboristics, Environmental Management or a comparable qualification for the above-mentioned field of responsibility (for foreign degrees outside the EU the submission of recognition in Germany is required) Alternatively, you can demonstrate a completed technical university degree (Bachelor/ Fachhochschule) in the above-mentioned disciplines with relevant professional experience and the willingness to continue qualification Ideally, you already have a well-founded professional and management experience in one of the designated areas of study (preferably in a public administration) You live with us the diversity idea and promote it in your team
