Planning and control: You support the lines in the business planning and control of your consultancy offices. These include sustainable personnel planning, operational implementation of strategic targets and the further development of regional structures. Moderation and presentation: You conduct and moderate conferences, events and exchange formats and are responsible for the content design. In addition, you will accompany and support the consultancy offices in moving, opening and renovations. Strategic cooperation: You work closely with the specialist board and contribute to the strategic orientation of our advisory bodies. Leadership and development: You take over the disciplinary leadership of our consultancy services in the region. A special focus is on the promotion and development of junior executives. Quality Assurance and Standards: Through regular visits and discussions on site, you will ensure that club standards and obligations under the StBerG are complied with. Optimization and innovation: Through your direct contact to practice, you are an important driver for further development, such as in the field of digitalization and personnel and organizational development. You are part of the steering circle of focus projects and work in project teams. In the medium term, you take responsibility for projects to further develop the association.

You have business expertise and want to support executives in predictive and economic planning. You have multi-year, detectable leadership experience, ideally in a comparable organizational structure. You have already managed and developed teams independently. Through your empathic skills and social competence you create a positive and motivating working environment. You are characterized by flexibility and a very good time management. With your pronounced analytical skills and decision-making strength, you will find pragmatic solutions for everyday challenges. You are routined in dealing with digital methods and open to getting to know new systems. You like to be on the go and adapt flexibly to a new environment. The position is associated with a travel activity of about 70 percent. For regular journeys within the scope of your activity, you need a class B licence. Ideally, you bring tax expertise. Your introduction: A calendar year is planned for intensive incorporation. In the first half of the year, the regional management team will accompany you during travel, meetings and planning discussions. From the second half of the year, you will be more closely involved in the management task and gradually take on your own responsibility.
