Your tasks:

• Coordination and organisation of transport – national and international
• Communication with customers, suppliers and forwarders smooth handling
• creation of shipping and customs documents and processing of Freight officers
• Monitoring of delivery dates and shipment tracking
• Processing and control of invoices and freight documents
• data management in internal systems and close cooperation with Other departments

Your profile:

• A completed training as a forwarding businessman/wife, or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the forwarding or logistics industry Advantage, but no need
• organisational skills and a structured, independent Procedure
• Good communication skills and safe occurrence in handling with customers and partners
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Knowledge in forwarding software are a plus
