innovation work – scouting and analysis of relevant market trends, technologies and innovations along the entire value chain of urban works, in particular in the fields of energy, energy services and mobility; Development of new business ideas, concepts and business models using agile methods such as design thinking, open innovation or minimum-visible product approaches Strategy work – Head of subprojects to further develop the corporate strategy and develop future-oriented action options for Trianel and its shareholders Presentation work – Management-oriented preparation and presentation of analyses, recommendations for action and work results at management and shareholder level project work – design and management of workshops, analyses and innovation projects together with municipal works, start-ups and external partners; Control of external service providers

Education – Completed study of economics or engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject Qualification – Insufficient professional experience in the development of a company or in the management of innovation of a municipal works or in strategy consulting with reference to the energy industry; alternatively extensive experience with consulting projects as part of a doctorate Expertise – Ability to structure complex relationships and translate them into feasible solutions Personality – Analytical Thinking Power, Strategic Vision as well as Strong Communication and Team Skill
