In the role of senior IT system administrator, you are responsible for the stable operation and the further development of our Microsoft environment. You run cloud and on-prem infrastructures, drive IT security and design standards that support our growth.

Your tasks

Administration and Development of Microsoft Environment (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure) Operation and optimization of cloud and on-prem infrastructures Management of identities, permissions and terminals Ensuring backup, monitoring and IT security Cooperation and Partial Responsibility in IT Projects Creation and maintenance of documentation and standards Technical support and support of juniors and trainees

Completed IT training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in system administration (approx. 5+ years) Knowledge found in Windows Server and Active Directory Funded knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure (e.g. Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune) Structured and independent operation willingness to assist in rare exceptional cases outside the usual working hours

Certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-500 Experience with networks, VPNs and firewalls (e.g. Fortinet)
