Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

As a strategic buyer (m/w/d) in the category Management Make‐or-Buy analyses, you conduct decisions based on the Total Cost Analysis. You will participate in the design and implementation of Advanced-Negotiations-Concepts (ANC), e.g. Auctions, Biddings and Speed-Datings. You’ll start procurement market analyses to identify market developments, innovations and risks. You use alerts and offer comparisons under “Total‐Cost‐of‐Ownership” inspections, analyseing risks and opportunities and ensuring implementation. You carry out demand analyses together with the demand carriers. You are responsible for contract negotiations and for supplier and supplier development management in the cross-functional team. You identify contractual deviations and support the processing of claims.

You have a completed university or university degree with commercial or technical orientation. You bring first professional experience in the mentioned field of work. You are safe in handling SAP and MS‐Office programs. You have good knowledge of contract law and a broad technical understanding. You convince your environment with a high self-initiative and team capacity. You are mobile and ready to work with other TKMS locations. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
