Your tasks: Co-responsibility for the reception area : You support the reception line in the organization and optimization of the daily processes at the Front Office Du represents the reception line in the absence of team management & deployment planning : You take layers on your own, support your schedule design, and you are a contact person for the team. The first impression counts: you are with your team for a professional, warm welcome of our guests from check-in to check-out. Customer Care & Quality Assurance : You are here when it comes to solving, friendly and binding. System & Structure : You work routiniert with the hotel software Protel or another PMS system and supports training of new colleagues. This is what you bring: Experience at the front office : You already have professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a comparable position or are ready to go the next career step. Leadership : You have a sense of human beings, communicate clearly and value-estimatingly and enjoy taking responsibility. Language knowledge : Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Affinity : Ideally, you bring experience with Protel or another PMS system or work quickly.
