You have completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or a completed study of childhood, social education or social work. You bring at least two years of professional experience in the educational field and know the requirements of the Kita everyday. Ideally, you have first experience in a management or deputy management function or want to take the next step into a pedagogical leadership role. You like to take responsibility, make decisions and keep track of different requirements. You communicate clearly, appreciatively and legally and understand themselves as a reliable contact person for children, families and employees. You work in a team-oriented, self-initiative and solution-oriented manner and have the pleasure of developing educational processes together.
