Projektinkaufer (m/d) Completion of tenders & negotiations: You are responsible for the implementation of tenders, price comparisons and contract negotiations with construction partners for construction and supply services Complete contracts safely: You are responsible for the completion of the construction partners for construction and supply contracts Build and maintain network: Your tasks include building and maintaining a network of suitable construction partners Designing project purchase: Purchasing construction services and building materials in civil and road construction, taking into account the purchasing strategy, is your responsibility analyse and develop skills: You are responsible for the competence analysis, prequalification and further development of our construction partners and control the defined purchasing processes Actively accompany projects: Active cooperation in costing projects including participation in start and final discussions

Training & know-how: You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree as an entrepreneur, ideally with a focus on purchasing Experience counts: You can present several years of shopping experience, ideally in the construction or construction area, Strategic thinking: You convince by strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as a structured and independent way of working Safe for negotiation: You are characterized by pronounced negotiation skills and a high level of argumentation and communication Legal competence: You are safe in handling building contract law/VOB/HGB/BGB Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least language level C1) Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong quality and cost awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile
