As a content producer (m/w/d), you are responsible for creating and editing social media content as well as vertical video projects You design and develop product campaigns and content topics - you actively introduce your own creative ideas and stand in front of the camera You are responsible for the performance of content productions in our in-house studio or outdoors and control the processes from conception to post production In your daily work, you use AI tools to efficiently create high-quality content, optimize and exploit innovative design options. You understand important KPIs in online marketing and introduce your analytical skills to maximize brand performance In addition, you take care of existing content formats to continuously ensure the quality and relevance

You bring a completed study with the focus on design, communication, media or training in a comparable field with multiannual professional experience with You are fit in dealing with common Adobe programs, Canva and CapCut In addition, you are versed in handling the latest AI tools and know how to use them specifically in content production to create creative and efficient workflows You have a very good feeling for social media trends You are creative, like to introduce your own ideas, work structured and have a look for the continuous optimization of content You are a team player and can also introduce your strong communication skills in English
