Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our multidisciplinary and international team in Eschborn (Frankfurt/Main), Berlin, Hanover or Munich, you are advising our international client: in case of questions about billing price structures and the optimization of value chains. As a cross-sectional function between Tax and Advisory, we develop innovative solutions for complex, multidisciplinary and international projects in the Transfer Pricing area. You support and advise our client: within the financial services sector, on all issues of international income demarcation. You can do a variety of tasks: Supporting multinational financial service providers in the planning and documentation of billing prices and implementation of billing price strategies structuring cross-border value creation processes and developing innovative solutions including the valuation of intangible assets Defence of settlement pricing systems in the context of audits, appeal procedures, understanding procedures and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) Management and coordination of a project portfolio with the motivation of your team for the joint tasks and their professional and personal development Further development of our accounting practice through specialization, specialist publications and client events

Complete studies of economics or law At least five years of professional experience in international tax law with specialisation in billing prices Ideally, first relevant practical experience in consulting financial services companies, very good communication skills in German and English complete your profile (at least C1 level)
