Combination, construction and management of a central unit (study center) at the Klinikum Oldenburg in direct connection to the Med. Preliminary ruling Establishing quality standards and optimizing work processes in interaction with adjacent areas of the Oldenburg Clinic Study preparation and participation in budget and resource planning, cost calculations, controlling and contract management Networking within the Klinikum Oldenburg, as well as externally with the University of Oldenburg, the PPS of the University, industrial partners and non-university research institutions

Complete university studies in the field of health sciences, health economics or related fields Long-term professional experience as a project or study coordinator*in the establishment and implementation of studies in the academic or industrial environment Clinical experience Good knowledge of legal regulations and experience in AMG, MPG, ICH-GCP

desirable: experience in coordinating teams and working groups with direct staff management Experience in quality management of clinical studies and with electronic CTMS (implementation of QM and CTM systems) Experience in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of audits and/or inspections Experience in cooperation with authorities (e.g. BfArM, EMA), ethics committees and sponsors of clinical studies Experience in PPS network
