Parts Service Employee - Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

Optimizing internal processes and ensuring a smooth interaction between workshop, part service, manufacturer portals and customers. Competent consultation and support of our customers in enquiries about accessories and spare parts. Planning and implementation of sales activities in the area of accessories and spare parts. Implementation of inventory and maintenance and updating of inventory data. Monitoring and organisation of the part storage to ensure efficient operation. Processing of orders and delivery of spare parts to workshop and customers. Processing complaints and ensuring a fast, customer-oriented solution.

Completed training in the motor vehicle sector, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronic:in (m/w/d), automobile businessman: car dealer (m/w/d) or in a comparable profession. Ideally, first professional experience as an NFZ part camper, preferably with the brands Iveco and Scania. Safe handling of warehouse management programs. Self-employed, conscientious and structured working methods. Embossed quality and time orientation. Organizational talent with pronounced hands-on mentality. High self-initiative, motivation and solution-oriented thinking. Friendly appearance and pleasure in direct customer contact. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
