The Bremen site, which is the second largest in Germany after Hamburg, houses around 3,200 employees working in the fields of development, production, program management and finance. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a project manager (m/w/d) Airbus at the 28199 Bremen site as part of the employee transfer. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Management and coordination of projects in the field of Logistics & Transport from initiation to successful project completion Ensuring the implementation of projects in line with deadline, budget and quality, as well as the development of project plans, schedules and budget forecasts Definition of project objectives and milestones in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Identification, analysis and management of project risks and development and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures Regular reporting of project status to relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations Leadership and coordination of project teams as well as management of external suppliers and service providers in the project environment Continuous improvement of project management processes, methods and logistical processes

Complete further education on the technician, specialist or comparable qualification in the field of technology, business management or supply chain / Logistics Multiannual professional experience in project management (min. 3 years) as well as in Supply Chain / Logistics, Interface Management, Change Management and Process Improvement First professional experience in the environment of the aerospace industry Very good knowledge of SAP, first knowledge of Click ́n Buy (BySide) and good knowledge of Lean Management Impressed communication, negotiation and problem solving capabilities Structured, independent and result-oriented operation Experience in cooperation with different stakeholders and in supplier management Knowledge of German and English at least B2 Homeoffice possibility of up to 20% after successful incorporation
