In this position, you and two other service managers contribute significantly to the reliable, economical and attractive operation of our student residences. You take responsibility for organisation, coordination and further development of central processes.

Their focus is on: You plan and coordinate investment and procurement for our homes – from furniture to service contracts. In doing so, prepare awards, manage external partners and keep costs, quality and appointments in mind. In case of damage, you are the central contact person: You examine facts, coordinate the communication with students, internal areas and insurance and ensure rapid and economic damage regulation.

In addition, your responsibility includes: Ensuring a smooth operation of our student residences Compliance with statutory operator requirements and quality standards Monitoring of construction and maintenance Management of mechanical and digital locking systems Technical management of the area and coordination of employees

Successfully completed IHK training in a technical or craft occupation with further training as master:in or as a state-tested technician:in Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the object management and in the management of employees Representative leadership and social competence as well as safe occurrence Independent, structured and reliable operation Handicraft expertise associated with commercial thinking and acting Teamability and constructive and solution-oriented handling of conflicts High service orientation for students Negotiating skills and decision-making strength Ability to work closely together and coordinate with various disciplines of the Studentenwerk Leipzig Safe handling of MS Office applications Good English knowledge of word and writing Class B valid driving permit
