Advise our member companies on employment, competition and contract law issues (including AGB, lease, purchase and contract law) Creating legal opinions, e.g. in the context of legislative procedures for the representation of interests of the Upper Franconian economy Prepare legal content for targeted publications, events and digital communication channels Supporting colleagues in diverse legal issues

advanced legal repository (at least two thirds) or completed second state exam with availability from March 2026 in full time Ability to prepare complex legal situations clearly, understandably and addressably strong solution orientation and competence in the development of practical approaches Feeling for economic policy issues and professionalism in consulting high professional and personal competence, including in structured and independent work, team work and communication strength
