Payroll Specialist / Spezialist Entgeltabrechnung (m/f/d)

Individually responsible coordination and guaranteeing the monthly pay bill for Germany and Austria in close cooperation with external payroll partners Responsibility for all relevant tax and social insurance issues as well as for variable remuneration, bonuses, special payments and cash benefits Versatile interface management with HR Business partners, finance, external service providers and tax advisors – including international topics such as expatriates Working with exciting payroll and HR projects, internal controls and audits, as well as continuous development and optimization of processes and interfaces Cooperation with an international college as well as competent representative for employees and executives around Payroll and adjacent HR topics

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by further training in the area of wage and salary accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in pay billing as well as sound knowledge in German pay tax and social security law Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with Google Suite and SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial A structured, careful and reliable operation combined with good self-organization Embossed service and customer orientation, communication strength and joy in team collaboration and with different internal and external interfaces Very good knowledge of German and good English for international cooperation The position is hybrid and connects mobile work with a regular presence of three days per week at the Hamburg location
