The Klinikum im Friedrichshain is a clinic for maximum care in the centre of Berlin with 22 specialist departments and a large proportion of emergency medical care as well as an associated medical care center. The Department of Dermatology and Phlebology has 30 stationary beds as well as 40 semi-stationary treatment sites and offers a varied, comprehensive dermatological range of services. Every year, more than 3,000 patients are treated in full and in part-stead. Operational interventions take place both in the central surgery and in a modern outpatient surgery centre. The clinic is part of the three-site, DKG-certified Vivantes Hauttumor Center.
