Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: They carry out product checks, document them and assist in the incoming goods inspection for raw and packaging materials. They actively participate in the sensory bread test according to DLG scheme. You take over the implementation of microbiological controls in production. They support the creation of evaluations and reports. They work with the care of the QM system and the implementation of quality standards in the factory. Supporting the preparation and implementation of certifications and audits is your responsibility. The processing of quality-relevant projects completes your task.

Your profile: They have completed training as a specialist in food technology or comparable training in the food industry. Professional experience in the food industry and quality assurance are desirable. They have first experience in microbiology and hygiene. Knowledge of certification standards (IFS) and HACCP are necessary. Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are required. They are characterized by practical proximity as well as independent action and independent work. Engagement and a strong communication personality complete your profile.
