You provide a stable basis: Clean master data and good workflows along the Employee Lifecycle are not a “neighbouring” for you, but a prerequisite for good work.

You know what you're talking about: Commercial training and experience in pay billing – ideally you have developed professionally. You feel at home: Tax and social security rights are not foreign words for you – and with tariff topics you are also well entitled. You come clear with systems: MS Office can be controlled safely and in billing systems, you can quickly manage – whether DATEV, LOGA or comparable. You work as you need in the job: structured, reliable, with a good view for detail – even if it becomes complex. And it also fits humanly: You like to work in the team, pack with them and keep a cool head in hot billing phases – and ideally your humor.
