To strengthen our team for the Kita summer garden, with 63 kita pitches, we are now looking for a kita line (m/w/d) near U-Bhf. Residenzstraße (U 8) or S-Bhf. Schönholz (S1, S25, S85). At present we operate seven children's daycare facilities in the districts Reinickendorf and Tempelhof with around 734 seats for children aged one year to school entrance.

Total technical and organizational guidance of the entire Kita staff Leadership and promotion of a team of about 18 employees:inside Continuous implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept Child occupancy management Organization of daily operations Control of the implementation of provisions relating to child protection, health, occupational safety, hygiene, fire protection, testing and maintenance Budget and cash management Implementation of personnel talks and team meetings Representation of Kita and the institution in the social area, cooperation with primary schools Share in group service
