Your task- control of the control performance of building and special cleaning in our region incl. Interface function for customer- specialist and disciplinary management of a team of cleaning forces- planning of personnel and material use disposition and billing of cleaning orders- support in cost and project controlling- ensuring quality, as well as increasing customer satisfaction

Your profile- Completed training in building cleaning or comparable-found professional experience in building cleaning and ideally first management experience- Good knowledge of how to deal with MS-Office enthusiasm for work in the team, strong communication strength and a high degree of enforcement strength- driving licence class B
