Founded in 2021, Airbus Logistik GmbH takes over the logistics supply of the Airbus end assembly lines with aircraft components for the A320 program. As Airbus subsidiary we receive, store, ship and transport goods for installation in the end lines Hamburg, Tianjin (China), Mobile (USA) and Toulouse (France).

For these new opportunities and challenges in the world of logistics, Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is now looking for motivated employees for the position as Team Leader (D/M/W) for our location Georg-Heyken-Straße.

Your activities include:

• Monitoring and control of the progress of the work and the predetermined workflows in the area of responsibility, e.g. by SQCDP
• Proactive notification when the required team performance is not delivered on the basis of a justification
• Professional leadership of the team: e.g. organisation of the incorporation of new employees, acquisition of technical instructions
• take over operational activities in the field of responsibility. Organisation and coordination of the tasks of the team in relation to the processes and performance. Contact person for the team members and the company in case of malfunctions, operational priorities and changed requirements in the field of competence. Contact person for the customer for regular tasks in the daily business.
• Inputers for the disciplinary leadership in employee placement, shift planning and holiday planning. Capturing or checking the on/off characteristics of the employees
• Monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. working instructions, working procedures, safety regulations)
• Recording and reporting of non-functional equipment
• Monitoring of safety, cleanliness and order in the field of competence
• Support for analysis of performance deviations in the field of competence (e.g. root cause analysis)
• Instructors in security-relevant issues

Following knowledge and qualifications are required:

• Completed training as a specialist warehouse or specialist for warehouse logistics
• Professional experience in the warehouse area of contract logistics Aerospace
• First leadership experience of advantage
• Certificate of authorization for guiding industrial trucks
• IT knowledge in the field of materials management systems in particular SAP / WMS and MS Office
• Knowledge of German language in word and writing
• ready for shiftwork, loadability, reliability, strong customer orientation

This body is rated in accordance with the IG Metal Remuneration Package Contract Logistics with a Level 5.
